On Friday, 20 September, Krka employees joined the European Mobility Week for the ninth consecutive year. In efforts to contribute to environmental care, employees from 13 countries where Krka operates took part in Krka’s Car-Free Day campaign. Sustainable commuting is no longer just a one-time event, but a visible shift in travel habits.

Last week we completed the 20th edition of the Krka International Leadership School (KILS), a renowned leadership training programme that brings together participants from various Krka Group markets. Participants come from different cultural backgrounds and organisational units, all united in the pursuit of common Krka goals.

Krka was awarded the TOP Education Management certificate at the Edutainment 2023 convention. The certificate is awarded to Slovenian companies that invest in employee education and development the most.
